COMMUNITY MEETING OF MAY 15TH: The Community met on May 15th for its Spring meeting. To read the notes from that meeting click here.
LITURGICAL MINISTERS MEETING: There will be a brief meeting for Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers right after Mass on Sunday, May 23rd. Anyone who would like to be considered for service as a Lector or Eucharistic Minister should speak to Jim or Marie and plan to attend this meeting.
CENSUS FORMS: We are trying to update our information base on community members, including sacramental records. The information will be kept confidential by our pastors. Each community member will receive a census form (at Mass, by email, or you can download at the end of this message). We're asking that each community member fill out and return a form by Pentecost Sunday. To download a form to fill out click here.
SUMMER PARKING: Summer will be upon us before you know it! Just a reminder that parking for Mass on Sunday mornings is over in the public lot near Allen Harbor. There may also be some open spaces in front of Allen Harbor Marina. Parking in our own lot is taken up by guests of the Inn. There are a few spaces toward the north end of our parking lot that can be used by community members who are not able to walk over from the harbor parking lot.
ITURGICAL MINISTERS: Please remember - if you are scheduled to Lector or serve as a Eucharistic Minsiter and cannot make it please try to get someone to replace you. If you do so at Mass the week before please go into the sacristy and list the change on the schedule hanging on the top cabinet door. Thanks!
If you would like to have a Mass offered for someone or the sancuary lamp to burn in memory of someone please contact Jim or Marie.
