More than ever the many and varied demands of ministry in a church or other pastoral ministry setting require ministers to be centered in prayerful dialogue with the God Who commissions them. Evensong Retreat Center offer you as a minister the opportunity to come apart from the hectic pace of daily service and renew your relationship with God and yourself. If you are from a nearby town there are a variety of opportunities from which to choose, and all are just a short drive away. If you are from off-Cape we can provide excellent overnight accommodations and our usual two-night minimum for retreats does not apply to pastor's seeking an overnight prayerful getaway. Finding just a couple of hours of quiet, or the space to be alone may seem like an unattainable luxury at times. Let Evensong provide you with your own quiet room for a monring or afternoon. Pray, journal, write your sermon, or just rest with no disturbances. St. Mary of Magdala Chapel, a beautiful and serence space, can be made available to you for private prayer and meditation.
