Edwina will share her story of conscious rebellion as she struggles to respond to God’s call in a church which is not always faithful to the Gospel demands for justice, accountability and inclusivity.  We do not choose to become rebels – we must become rebels as People of God in pursuit of truth and ustic.  Edwina will enage us in a retreat of challenge, dialogue, and inspiration!

Edwina holds a Masters Degree in Theology from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Since the 1960's she has worked in a variety of settings in the United States and abroad among the poor and margilnalized. Edwina is currently writing, leading retreats for abused and marginalized women, and serving women in the "Second Phase" of recovery from prostitution. She continues to offer talks and leads retreats internationally. Join us as Edwina dialogues with us about how change happens in response to God's call.

Fee: $185 per person (overnight accommodations included)
Commuter Rate: $125

The retreat will run Sunday evenng from 6:00 to 8:30pm and Monday 9:30 - 12 and 1:30 - 4pm, at Evensong by the Sea Ecumenical Retreat & Spirituality Center in Harwich Port, MA.  Harwich Port is located on Cape Cod, and is a 75 minute drive from the center of Boston.
