Evensong by the Sea Retreat & Spirituality Center

The fabric of our lives is woven with many threads colored by our life experience.  Join us to recognize God’s handiwork in the beauty of the wisdom and truth that emerges from within.  We will work with fabric, fibers, threads, buttons, notions, and embellishments of all kinds to create a “fabric collage” that represents each individual’s own personal vision and voice.  Prior experience or skill in sewing is not necessary.  We will be using a heat-fused, adhesive interfacing known as “Steam a Seam” which enables us to cut, place, iron and go.  Materials will be provided but participants are invited to bring special fabrics, etc. of meaning to them.  Creative vision and the courage to play, experiment and explore are the only pre-requisites!

Cost $135 inclusive of a delicious lunch and snacks!  Opportunity for overnight accommodations available for additional $110 per evening.
